Rain parcel

I don't know if the problem was with my phone but I try to call the call center but then the call didn't go through it kept saying couldn't connect I wss wanting to ask them if my rain package has arrived in port Elizabeth as yet its scheduled to be delivered on May the 2nd but I just wanted to know if it arrived at the pe branch ref rain*** if you can't get ahold of me by phone please email me
