Rain package, poor service CCD couriers

Worst courier services to be offered. The driver was late for delivery and very rude over the phone. The driver did not bother to notify me that they were on their way to deliver my parcel as requested when scheduling delivery. He then stood at my gate and buzzed me instead of calling, I tried returning his call twice to no avail but managed to get him on the 3rd attempt. He could not say why he did not call me whilst at the gate but all he said is that he was busy with another client. I asked if he was coming back so that I can also know if should wait or not but he said he was not sure. He also kept hanging up the phone on me. I tried to escalate this to the CCD call center but did not get any form of assitance from there aswell but that they would call me back.
