Rain delivery ***

I never experienced such a pathetic service from this courier and their drivers, They made me wait for them the whole day on Friday 24th March 2023. *** The courier connected me to the rude driver whom arrived at my address around 8h30am while I went out to the shop, He couldn't wait for me but promised to call me once is done with other deliveries, I called and mail his office from 9am but driver refuse to come back or make any means to get me my deliveries. I don't know why such people want to do courier work if they don't like people and are arrogant. I call the office people there unprofessional and undecisive.I don't know why companies continue to use such companies.
