Rain CCD couriers services disappointing

Poor communition from staff from point of call to do a security check to arriving on time for collection of our Rain parcel .Order confirmed to be with CCD couriers by the 3rd but they call to say they'll deliver the device on the 10th April then I drove an hour to fourways ccd office to collect I'm made to wait and they say they don't know how long I'll have to wait another customer whose been waiting said plus an hour and I'm going on night shift I have an hour drive back home.The receptionists or helpdesk assistants seem unbothered. We've already paid for the wifi for the month .
