Rain and CDC Couries

Good day,

Truly disappointed and dissatisfied with the the service provided.

A delivery has been scheduled for the 6 January 2024 between 12 and 4 Pm.

No one arrived and no confirmation was sent via email notifying that the delivery will be required to be re-scheduled.

3 days later (Today 9 January 2025) still no contact has been made and unfortunately I was required to call in to find more about the delivery status.

When I finally got through to support to follow up on the delivery status I was advised that my delivery can only be reschedule for the following week as they can not deliver within this current week.

So I get to pay for a wifi service which will not be credited to me. This is absolutely atrocious as I was advised the delivery will take place between 3 to 5 working businesses days.

COME ON ITS BEEN ****** 8 BUSINESS DAYS AND I WAS REQUIRED TO CALL IN FOR ASSISTANCE.

@RAIN HOPE YOU SEE THIS REVIEW AS THE COURIER SERVICE YOU ARE USING IS JUST PATHETIC AND USELESS. JUST TO ADD ON TOP OF THIS @RAIN WILL YOU BE COMPENSATING ME FOR THE DAYS I HAVE NOT USES THE DEVICE AS MY NEXT DEBIT IS SCHEDULED FOR THE 25TH JANUARY SO YEAH I GET TO PAY FOR A FULL MONTH YET USE THE SERVICES FOR 2 WEEKS WELL DONE @RAIN AND CDC Couries you'll are truly pathetic and useless.
