Rain 5g router

This courier company is so unreliable, I've been waiting for them to courier my rain 5g router and they keep lying.. Wednesday I waited the whole day and they failed to honor the appointment.. Thursday they called and say Friday they will courier.. It was the wrong route blah blah.. Today is Friday and they calling me to set an appointment to courier. I told the lady I'm waiting for delivery she said she will call back.. No call back made even now. This is 1 of the worse courier company.. So unreliable. Courier that router back to rain am fed up.
