****py service and landline. I received an sms saying they will call to make arrangements, I missed ONE call from them and I have been calling back 4 times, and they seem to be not hearing me. even though the last agent said she could but wasn't sure whats happening.

Now they are sitting with my urgent package and not calling me to make arrangement and when I call them they cant hear me.

So i guess i must sit and wait. until they call. If they call.

So annoying.
