Promise to deliver but no show
I was promised delivery on Thursday 30 0ctober ... Yet call centre called me to reschedule the delivery to Friday the 31 October yet I don't even know if they're gonna delivery as promised... All talk ... Yet I should just take their word I can't even track the order because they said I can't trace it... Really really maybe I must also promise to pay and not pay

31 Oct 2025, 10:09"I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from CCD Polokwane. This is the second time they've failed to deliver on their promised date. The delivery man claimed to have been to my address, but I was never notified or present to receive the package. This lack of communication and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I expect better from a courier service. Unfortunately, I would not recommend CCD Polokwane to others due to their poor service and lack of accountability."
