Promise of Delivery for 5 Weeks

<p>I so tired of waiting for a package from Afrihost to be delivered by CCD couriers. We have been waiting for this package for almost 5 weeks now, I have personally spoken to the call center since 20 January 2017 probably 10 times maybe more, every single time with a promise of the delivery on a specific day! Still with no success. </p> <p> </p> <p>Monday it was suppose to be delivered, no delivery, phone call later, promise of Wednesday, spoke to the courier himself yesterday, promise again he will be here before the end of the day, sms to say he can't get hold of us, phone call again, promise tomorrow?????? With a note that the contract holder HAS to be present to sign for the package, if it was depend on the promises of the package being delivered over the past few weeks the account holder would not have been able to leave the property at anytime as he would need to wait?</p> <p> </p> <p>I am taking this up with Afrihost aswell, but I am to say the least just utterly fed up with fighting on a daily basis for a BASIC service to be delivered. And worst is the fight has not yet stopped as I am STILL waiting! </p>
