Professional and friendly

<p>In this day and age where the expectation for service delivery is especially low, it is still nice to see that some providers (even on-behalf-of providers) are taking it very seriously. My replacement cards were delivered by CCD Couriers, who really made a huge effort to make the process as streamlined as possible. I received an SMS warning me that I would get a call, which I did shortly after. The call centre agent was quick, professional and friendly and got everything noted, even though my address is somewhat obscure. The delivery was done in the time that was promised by a friendly courier, who even after a full day of deliveries (was still smiling). This is really an excellent face to put forward to your customer. Well done CCD and Wesbank and thank you.</p>
