Poor Servive Delivery
FNB apparently delivers their bank card to customers using this courier company. What a disgrace. It took 8 days to deliver a card to a major centre. CCD sent me a SMS and an e-mail confirming that the card will be delivered on Monday 30th October between 8:00 and 9:00. After numerous calls to their local branch I received a SMS at 17:20 notifying me to come and collect my card at the branch. I have reported it to FNB and in future I will refuse to accept any promise from FNB if CCD is involved.
