Poor service, they lost my parcel and never pitched for delivery

My parcel was send to CCD courier on Wednesday and thursday I got an SMS that they confirmed receipt of my order and it will be delivered on Friday as i requested an emergency delivery. They agreed, Friday I stayed home the whole day they never pitched, I called around 17h00 and they said they never received the parcel. I told that that is **** because they send me confirmation. They had to search for it for hours and committed to deliver on Saturday I told them I am busy I left all the documents at home

I told them I will be home again after 14h00 to receive the order, I cancelled all my plans again stayed home, they never pitched.

I am scheduled to fly out of the province today, I must again wait for their incompetency. First they misplace customer orders and never pitch on the communicated date..totally unprofessional and inconsiderate.
