Poor service on call agents landline

Poor service on call agents landline I have been calling the agents many times, and they seem to be not hearing me. even though the last agent said she could but wasn't sure whats happening.

Now they are sitting with my urgent package and not calling me to make arrangement and when I call them they cant hear me.

So i guess i must sit and wait. until they call. If they call.

So annoying! It is like they are making fun of clients who are calling.
