Poor service from CCD

Did not get my bank card today because your driver does not know Mdantsane because "CCD is based in Port Elizabeth ".He calls me saying that he is at a Caltex garage that is 3 kilometres from my house at another unit of Mdantsane far from my house ( 1117 NU 14 Mdantsane ) and I must give him directions.We have so many courier companies that are dilivering all over Mdantsane door to door and we dont get such a poor service.I tried to send my location to him but failed due to poor network as a result of ongoing loadsheding and he waited 15 minutes from that garage and left.Mdantsane is very big , please send someone who know Mdantsane. Tomorrow you people are suppose to deliver my business cards please do better.You cannot call me from 3 kilometres from my house and ask directions because Mdantsane is very big.Send someone who knows the place.
