Poor service

One of the worst services I have received in ages, I was supposed to get my bank card delivered today,in the morning the driver called me and confirmed that he was like 20 minutes away..4 hours later I still haven’t received the bank card and I’m getting messages that my card has been delivered and will be activated in 2 days...I called CCD and they keep hanging up...it’s not that they get disconnected...you can hear them pressing buttons then it goes dead...
