Poor service delivery

I ordered my rain router and paid, it’s only during delivery I was told I can’t receive it because my temporary just expired few days ago, I went to home affairs and booked another delivery, I told the guy to wait for me at the estate gate, when I came out he was no where to be seen, he left after I told him I’m rushing in the estate to fetch my new temporary ID, I called when I saw him leaving and he didn’t answer my call, this is foolish and I wish to never use this people
