Poor Service Delivery

Extremely poor service. Its been over 2 weeks now and still no delivery received. I have tried by all means to accommodate their delivery times but I still haven't received my card yet. I called the Customer care and I was told that the status of my delivery is pending although I was told 2 days ago that my card will be delivered today(Thursday 30-03-2023). Can I have this urgently fixed urgently please!!! ***
