Poor service delivery
I bought a wifi package from rain network and they told me ccd couriers will deliver my package, then I waited and those delivery guys told me their car had breakdown they can't deliver my order. Like really.? The whole company is having 1 car to run the business. They don't care about my waiting time and they are not willing to make a plan for me. Like I'm ****ed shem

26 Jan 2024, 15:36I will highly appreciate if I get my orders today because since waiting from the morning till now and you guys are telling me to wait for Monday, we have plans I scheduled my plans today to receive my order but now I must wait for Monday, this is nonsense

29 Jan 2024, 10:50Trully speaking I'm not happy because on Friday they promise me to deliver my order late, I waited for them and there was nothing, no phone call but nothing, and I told them I'm going to work and they said "please give us till 18:00 we will deliver" but they failed, even today I'm still waiting for the order
