Poor service delivery

They are really terrible at couriers on the 15th i ordered my rain parcel and 15 days later i still haven't gotten my parcel they give you a time between 12 and 4 and then the driver comes before the time schedule and when you phone to find out whats going on why the driver never showed up the tell you that your delivery will take place the next day then i phone again then its moved to next week terrible very very poor service delivery
