Poor Service Delivery
I am still waiting for my parcel to couriered to me. I can't answer my phone as I work in a contact centre and my phone is in my locker. When I asked to be called back, the consultant take over 30 minutes to me back. I want my phone to be delivered on Friday morning at 08:30 to my work address: 108 De Waal Rd, Elfindale, Cape Town, 7945.
