Poor service delivery👎🏽

They failed to deliver a rain router on the day they had agreed on. No communication whatsoever. Nobody apologized for the inconvenienced caused. I requested an urgent delivery as the driver did not pitch, I was told it could not be possible as the drivers were already out. Who failed to show up to the appointment, me or your company? Why must I pay for your incompetence?
