Poor service delivery

It was February 16 when they were given my bank card by STD bank, they've been failing to deliver, until now I haven't received my card, I asked them to deliver at work, I told them what time I departure, they sent me and an sms 3 hours later telling me that they have arrived, after that I've been sending them emails but no replies, and I really need my card😔😔
