Poor service deliver and *********** agents

I have never experienced such incompetence and lack of service delivery in my life before. I have ordered and paid for the rain 5G home internet package on the 25th of July, It was supposed to be delivered within 3 days for which it has not, and no form of communication from ccd courier or rain was issued out as to why there is a delay. Its now been almost two weeks without receiving my product and when I call this nonsense company(ccd couriers), as rain confirmed they had set up delivery with them, the agents that I speak to are so unprofessional and their overall demeaner is rude and unwelcoming. I then decided to go to their offices to pick up the package myself, as they had failed to do so in 10 days, only to be disappointed yet again as the agent did not advise me that they cannot issue out the product using my drivers license but require my greenbook ID or card to issue out the product. So not only did I drive for nothing but I was also subjected to an *********** agent who couldn't assist and left me at reception for over 20 mins as she consulted with her supervisor who couldn't even be bother to come out and address me as a client and address the issues I've been having. I'm so frustrated at this company at this point as no one takes ownership nor initiative to ensure that I as a client is satisfied or at the very least treated fairly and informed. The only consultant who has attempted to do anything is Kurt who had already knocked off but still took the time to hear my situation, explain the process and offered to be a personal liason to get my situation resolved. Every other agent has failed to give me what I've paid for and I would not recommend this company for any personal delivery, you will regret using them on so many levels, I feel sorry for rain as their reputation is being damaged by these idiots as they don't have any proper structures or leadership to good effect. This rating of one star is even too much for them for what I've experienced.
