Poor service continues in 2022

The courier driver arrived in the morning when I opened my business. I told him I will be there 10min if he could wait for me, after some conversation he hang up on me and needles to say totally unwilling to wait. I then received an SMS at 10:17 that the delivery will be made within a few minutes. I had to close my business, rush home and by 14:20 still no delivery and it comes with a loss of income for me. I phoned head office a couple of times with no assistance. The only person willing to help was Monique, but she was unable to get hold of the driver. FNB stop using these guys how many complaints before you will move to someone else?
