Poor service /Communication

I had a scheduled delivery for today between 1 and 4 pm with CCD Couriers. However, l only received a message saying the couriers have arrived at my premises. When l checked at my messages an hour later , l had not received any call or whatsoever about their whereabouts. There is security at the gate , however, they did not even ask the security, they just left. When l called them to track my parcel , they said they cannot track my parcel. I am so disappointed in your services. The lady l called to follow up even dropped the call on me and said nothing to me. I have since rescheduled for tomorrow's delivery. I hope this time around they will be considerate and have some customer courtesy.
