Poor Service - CCD Couriers

Don't not use this company. They are unreliable and unprofessional. They work on 2 hour pick up slots eg. 10h00 to 12h00 and never arrive. No communication from their side and then when you call to check what's happened, you are told the driver cannot be located and his phone is switched off. Absolutely appalling!!!
