Poor service

Very bad service. I contacted them and changed my phone number and confirmed my delivery. I did not receive my parcel and when I contacted them they could not tell me why. I told the agent I changed my number and confirmed. She sent through my delivery for urgent, yet this morning I received an email saying tjey could not contact me after I told them numerous I changed my number. The agent even phoned me back on the new number. I have sent email and have not received any replies. Very very very poor service.
