Poor service by ccd courier

Hi i have a complaint about poor service received from you company. The client service is very rude tge drivers don't even bath. I had been waiting for my card from absa since it was approved being three weeks back today the driver get to my location and decided he's is not going to give me my card for what reasons I don't know i had been issued with the statement from absa to pay yet I don't even have my card on me the driver is refusing to give me my own card. I really don't understand the service from this company and to top it off does absa even do background checks on this company being vehicles. Drivers and their staff when you complain they put you on hold for hours then come back to say they can't get hold of the driver like really. This company is really poor poor i would never ever in my life even refer anyone from that company. They just bunch of *********** management.

Instead of helping get my card so I can do my personal need with it am called a *********. Where does ccd workers get a right to call me such names after all the prove I had provided. Wasn't I the one who gave the driver my green bar ID and a proof of banking. Where the hell are you guys taking my card like why are you guys giving me all this hard time all the time i call I have to use close to R200 of air time and still no help now I had to be transferred to the ***** department saying I am a ***** I would like the driver and the company to explain to me where do they get a right to call me such names and is there a proof to such alligations . I know my right and I won't have hard time to get my card. I take this alligations very serious and I would like where do you guys get such a right to call me that. I don't appreciate this and I would like to open a case about this it is a very serious deformations of charector.
