Poor service and unskilled consultants

I have ordered a 5G rain router on the 1st June 2021 which was supposed to be delivered in 3 to 5 working days via ccd couriers, on 07 June the delivery guy come and I signed for my parcel but to my surprise he refused my proof of residence with my name and exact address where he is delivering, then he told me to go print another one he will return @around 12 PM with my parcel, so I had to leave everything I was doing go and print a new proof of address but the guy never comeback with my parcel that I have signed for, today ccd called but they can’t even help me locate my parcel while it’s with their driver, because of CCD my monthly subscription with I paid rain will elapse without me even using it, this is costing me to much as I have to buy extra data everyday while CCD is holding my router. When their consultant calls they can’t even answer the question I am asking. The lady just said thank you for your time. I am not happy with their service and their unskilled consultants.
