Poor service and unreliable drivers

Consultant call me at 11am telling me that driver will not be able to deliver my parcel to my house and ask to speak to supervisor or team leader she hangup. And again all my parcels from rain are delivered to my house why is this one so difficult to be delivered from my house ?
