Poor Service and time waisters

I am unhappy with their service. In terms of scheduling for delivery the system is good, but the delivery personnel do not deliver. We have scheduled for delivery, but the courier was running late, and I had to reschedule. With the new proposed date and time, I received communication that the delivery guy was on route. I was at home. I just received a voicemail that the delivery guy was there and could not get a a hold of me. Nobody phoned me, there was no proof of such a call in my "recents" tab on phone. The doors of home was wide open and visible to delivery guy that someone was home. The dogs was outside and did not even bark - and they bark if someone is outside. This delivery guy did not do any effort of trying to get a hold of me. I am frustrated because for two days I have made arrangements to stay home for delivery just to reschedule every time. Yes, this is not the first time either. This is not acceptable since the documents that needs to be delivered is urgent!!! A bunch of time waisters!
