Poor service

Wish there was negative stars would give -5 rating. Should have delivered my Rain router on the 19/10/2023. First phone call given a date of 30/10/2023 which I said was unacceptable. Then I was told that it would be ASAP as soon as it was escalated,then told another date and it keeps on changing. On Friday 20/10/2023 was told that it would be delivered on the 25/10/2023. Today they phoned again to say delivery will be the 01/11/2023. Any company that uses their services will only receive bad reviews. Rain is not much help or better
