Poor service

What a bunch of clowns managing the call center to book delivery slots..even the supervisor(Imraan) could not provide me with a proper timeslot to deliver my CREDIT CARD..they think we have the time to wait from 12-4pm for delivery... no business acumen or client service acumen. People that work there think they are doing us a favor..i will never use them for my personal use.
