**** poor service

Via @FirstNationalBank, I had a delivery scheduled to happen Friday 5th January 2024.

10:56am - I received a call from the delivery guy asking if I’m available at home to which I indicated I was, I further asked how long could I wait to expect his arrival to which he responded that he was in the area so it would only be a few minutes.

14:47pm - I received an sms stating CCD couriers are a few minutes away, please be ready to meet the delivery person with the relevant identification documentation

15:36pm - I received another sms stating CCD couriers were unable to deliver my card “DUE TO YOUR UNAVAILABILITY”

I was home, waiting all day for this delivery, been asked telephonically and notified via message service about the courier delivery only to have my day wasted waiting and yet still have the blame put back on me even though I did my part.

CCD couriers is *******, this is not the first time I have experienced such pathetic service from this company and not be accountable for its own shortcomings…. if FNB wishes to upkeep service delivery to its clients then I sincerely hope that they veer away from this pathetic service provider.
