Poor Service

I have been trying three times for them to deliver the card. They stated that they will phone me for an appointment, but never phone. Eventually I phone again , same thing. They promise that someone will phone me to set up a time to deliver, no call.Today I tried to call them. Three times they pick up and I got cut off.
