poor service

<p>they must just close this place up they know nothing about customer service and delivering goods. other courier service max take 3 day to get your parcel. they received my parcel on the 25 April and said they will only deliver it Thursday the 04 (what a long wait) when the 4th came no one delivered or bothered to call I got some sms saying there's a delay an at about 5 in the afternoon some lady called giving a lame excuse. this service is just disgusting.. If you don't want to handle people packages then refuse them. I just can't understand why fnb choose such an *********** company</p>
