POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!

So I'd like to express my frustration on the poor service CCD COURIERS has given me after I have ordered a Router from Mweb. I recieved a call from one of the agents to arrange my delivery, while speaking to the agent I explain to her that my proof off address house number is not the same as it is on my delivery address, I then asked her if it's going to be a problem she rep**** and said she will give me a call back in 5 minutes she will discuss it with her supervisor. She phoned me back and said that her supervisor says it fine the package wil be delivered within the arranged time. When the couriers arrived at my house they refused to give me the package and said that they are not allowed because of my adress house number not corresponding. I told them that the agent at your offices said that it will be fine. But they still refused and Left off with my package. Talk about lack of communication!!!! Firstly the agent shared false information and made me look forward to receiving my package from them and secondly there were no communication between the drivers and the agents including their supervisor. Which now puts my business hold because of the delivery delay and yet no agent at The CCD couriers office has a proper solution on how the going to resolve the issue. She called me to apologize but still made things worse by telling me that there is nothing she can do???????????? And this for a company who has major clients this is poor service and I am extremely unhappy with it. I will cancel my package with Mweb and seek another provider I will also inform them that the reason for me canceling is due to issues with my delivery from your Company, since it will take days for this query to be resolved it just drains my energy to know about the inconvenience you've caused and I will not even recommend your business to anyone if this is how you make your clients Customer's feel when u deliver a package. NEVER!!!!!
