Poor Service

Schedule 2 times to deliver bank card, every time they call on the day than say "cannot deliver due to the area that is not on the route" Why do they schedule it then?? Still waiting for delivery to be made scheduled again 6 days later for delivery Wonder if I be on the route of deliveries that day. unacceptable!!! Banks need to find better reliable courier companies. Try using TAKALOT they are doing a better job.
