POOR SERVICE

CCD COURIERS is the worst courier company ever. FNB should dump them and use a better courier company. Yesterday I missed a call from them about the delivery of my fnb card. I called them back and they told me that someone is going to call me to arrange a date for the delivery of my card. Up to today no one has called me. I called again today and they made me hold for 10 minutes on my cellphone. These people have no clue of what customer service is. Their service is shockingly bad. I need my card as soon as possible please. This is not the first time this has happened, each time I select the option of my card being delivered to me I always get it a week latter. This is ridiculous I'm very angry and upset.
