POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

It's been a third time in a year that this Company is to deliver my bank card. EVERY single time there is an issue, incorrect contact information on their systems. Previous delivery took more than 2 week due to them not getting hold me, now the same thing with a landline that I am not even fami**** with. I have been without a bank card for a week, so they can only deliver my card in 5 business days after I had to phone and follow up. All three times had the WORST and MOST INCOMPOTENT service from this Company, I really suggest FNB to get themselves a new courier company!!!!!!!!!!!!!
