Poor service!

terrible bunch! phoned yesterday to re-schedule bank card deliver from today to tomorrow. Courier still pitched today with no-one home! Got an sms saying courier is on it’s way 4 hours after actual arrival. Had previous similar experiences with them. FNB, why do you still use them?
