Poor service

Shocking service. Missed drivers call by 2 minutes as i was in the bathroom. I phoned 2 minutes after i missed the call. No one could get hold of the driver as his phone was off. After many calls to the call centre during the day, i finally get told that i missed my scheduled time and need to reschedule. it will be delivered when there is a slot, and if i want it tomorrow they can get another courier, but i must pay for it. what kind of service is that??? I missed his call by 2 minutes because i was in the bathroom. why did he not phone again? whats the use of him phoning and the call being routed through a landline instead of showing his number? He never arrived, and now i am sitting without my delivery which i need urgently. Oh and dont forget if i need it by tomorrow i must pay for it!!!!
