Poor service
They are absolutely pathetic! Don't return your calls and send sms's out to say delivery will take place on a certain day and then at 21h30 that day they send out another sms to say that you will only receive your delivery the next day. The drivers also only work until 12h30 on Fridays it seems! @FNB must really look at getting better courier companies to delivery their clients' bank cards!
