Poor service
CCD Couriers are used by Barclays Bank International. Due to the constant postal strikes in South Africa, my notices regarding a delivery often do not get to me on time and the parcel is then destroyed. In order to avoid this once again I have asked to collect the parcel myself. CCD cannot do this. It's time for Barclays to find a more efficient delivery service
