POOR SERVICE
I was contacted by CCD Couriers on Tuesday, informing me that they were going to drop off my Stand Bank credit card . I requested that they drop it off on friday after 3pm. On friday I phoned them twice to remind them to drop it off after 3pm. At 11:32 am I got a message telling me that the courier is 16 minutes away. I phoned them again, and they informed me that the courier would not be in the vicinity again at 3pm. I NOW HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK TILL FRIDAY FOR MY STANDARD BANK CREDIT CARD BECAUSE MY WORK HOURS DOES NOT SUIT THE COURIERS HOURS AND I'M UNABLE TO ACCESS MY FUNDS !!
STANDARD BANK NEED TO FIND A MORE RELIABLE COURIER SERVICE.
