Poor service

The courier confirmed that I would receive the router yesterday. However, after making numerous calls, I was informed that he had arrived but I supposedly said I was not interested. I agreed to have the delivery rescheduled for this morning, but still, I haven't received anything. I've been trying to get in touch with Rain and their courier, but unfortunately, I have received no response. This whole situation is utterly ridiculous!
