Poor Service

On 12 August 2024 I received a call from Ccd control room indicating that my parcel is being delivered. I have to go to the reception area and on arrival there was no sight of any person for delivery. I called the control room and was informed that the delivery guy has indicated that he left due to no show. No effort was made to call me by the delivery guy. I am so disappointed by the service and currently do not know as to when my parcel will be delivered. Kindly be professional when dealing with customers
