Poor service

CCD couriers called me around November 2024 to arrange for the delivery of my card, on behalf of FNB, the conversation we had was that the card will be delivered on my nearest FNB brunch, till today such has never, happened today when I contacting FNB they are telling that card was supposed to be hand delivered which is not what we discussed now, I can't access my funds.
