Poor quality of service and broken promises

I had problems with the delivery of my FNB Private Wealth card...CCD Couriers then promised delivery between 5 and 7 pm on the 8th September 2020....NOT EVEN a call an NOTHING received. Poor service wonder why any organization uses them
