Poor Poor service

I received a sms Message from the courier company on the 10 March about my fnb Card.<br> I had to phone them to find out what is going on. They arranged for delivery the following week before 12pm. I waited untill 12 and left the house. I got a call to say that they are there for delivery. I told the guy i could not wait the whole day at my house. Twoo weeks later they phoned to arrange another date. Then i got a call that they cannot deliver due to vechile breakdown. Today on the 17 March i received a call and heard the operator spaeking to someone else in the background and i put the phone down. I received a sms that they cannot get hold of me. I phoned and was promised delivery Thursday. This sevice is really poor and in the meantime i cannot do business due to a card that is stuck in Limbo at CCD couriers. I have reported this to FNB as well but is still awaiting their reply.
